Refund policy

At in mood, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you have the right to request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to request a return

Please contact us at support@inmood.store with your order number and the reason for your request. Our customer care team will review it and provide you with the next steps.

Your options

  1. Full refund (with return)

    • You may return the product(s) in unused condition and with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.

    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

    • Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  2. Partial refund (without return)

    • If returning the item is inconvenient, we also offer the option to keep the product(s) and receive a 50% refund.

    • Many customers find this option quicker and easier.

Important notes

  • Returned items must be in the same condition as delivered.

  • in mood reserves the right to decline returns if products do not meet the above requirements or if there is abuse of the return policy.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
